The hotel exceeded our expectations during our Christmas stay. the highlight was the fantastic restaurant with its superb food and beautiful presentation. the host/owner was lovely and added to the overall enjoyable experience. the secure and partly covered parking was a great advantage, especially for our special car.
We didn't encounter any negatives during our stay at this hotel. the only minor issue was a slight understaffing, but it didn't significantly impact our experience.

The hotel was beautifully restored with attention to detail. Our room was spacious and well designed, with a separate children's bedroom. the hosts were very attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard, it was highly recommended. the location was perfect for exploring the attractions in the surrounding area.
The only minor issue was that the shower tray didn't have a non-slip surface and there wasn't anywhere to put our shower gel or shampoo other than on the floor. But overall, it didn't affect our experience.

Great attention to detail. Room was spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the surrounding area. Restaurant exceeded our expectations with fantastic presentation and delicious food. The owners were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Ideal location for exploring the Jura region with plenty of attractions nearby. Secure and partly covered parking was an added bonus.
Shower facilities in the room were not as practical as we would have liked, with no non-slip surface and nowhere to store shower gel or shampoo. We did feel that the property was slightly understaffed, which caused some minor issues during our stay, however, this didn't significantly impact our experience.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with the elegant and luxurious decor of this hotel. the room offered exclusive amenities such as a body scrub and full body massage that completely fulfilled my relaxation needs. the Spa center also had a sauna and a heated swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers, creating a perfect ambiance.
Although the service was excellent, there was a minor issue with the shower; it had no non-slip surface, and there was nowhere to place shower products other than the floor.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, with quality linens. I enjoyed a delicious first-class dinner at the hotel's restaurant and had a good breakfast the next morning. Additionally, the parking was easy and convenient.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We got great value for our money at Maison Zugno Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the Jura area, with stunning attractions and a charming nearby town. The staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast items could be improved by providing a non-slip surface in the shower tray and adding some storage for shower essentials like shampoo and shower gel.

the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Jura area, with many attractions nearby. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with high-quality furnishings and linens. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful owners who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed dining in the courtyard.
The hotel lacked some attention to detail, especially in the shower facilities. We found the shower tray to be slippery and were disappointed that there was nowhere to put our shower gel or shampoo except on the floor.

My Easter break at a hotel in the Jura was fantastic! The beautifully decorated and spacious room was a real treat. The countryside location was perfect; we were able to explore the local area with ease. The hotel food was top notch, especially the dinner - one of the best meals we've had in a while. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was easy to park at.
The only thing that could have been improved upon was the bathroom. The shower lacked a non-slip surface and there was nowhere to put our shower items except on the floor. But apart from that, our stay couldn't have been better. A great Easter break.
